The widely regarded origin of coffee Ethiopia is home to more than 4 million coffee smallholders in Ethiopia! And more than 15 million people’s livelihoods depend on coffee. That’s crazy.

Soon after, Limmu Kossa sprang to life in a vibrant land where small bushes danced in the gentle breeze, and villagers worked hand in hand. With a vision as rich as the soil, Gidhe nurtured the ancient trees that dotted the landscape, breathing new life into the earth. He carefully tended the ground, crafting a sustainable system that not only yielded exceptional coffee but also uplifted the entire community.

This coffee is made up of mixed heirloom lots, from a collection of farmers on the Galeh estate whose farms sit around 1800 masl. hand-picked, pre-sorted, floated, pulped, wet fermented for 12 hours, soaked and washed, dried on raised beds, and dry-milled all. Creating a sweet and inviting classic washed Ethiopia. sporting flavours of red fruits and hints of lime.
